David D. Pool, CRS, ABR, is an Associate Broker licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He offers Buyer or Seller representation for residential, investment and commercial real estate. Since 1990 he as sold over $86 Million with 577 transactions. David's corporate relocation clients included Weichert Relocation, Prudential Relocation and Relocation Plus. His corporate referral clients have included Volvo/Mack Truck, Du Pont, Allegheny Power Systems, General Motors and CitiCorp/CitiBank. David is Past President of the Pen-Mar Region Association of Realtors and is a member of the Metropolitan Regional Information System. His service area includes Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties in Maryland, Franklin and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania and Morgan, Berkley and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia. David is a member of the Rotary Club of Hagerstown and recognized by Rotary as a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a Board Member of Turning Point of Washington County and Way Station of Frederick, Maryland. Both organizations provide support services to those in the community living with severe mental illness. He is also Board President for Positive Influence, a Western Maryland organization providing support services to those in the community living with HIV and AIDS. Prior to selling real estate David was employed, for 20 years, as a Professional Scouter with the Boy Scouts of America. Because of his real estate achievements David has been recognized by the Pen-Mar Regional Association of Realtors with the Gold Plus Award and by Long & Foster with the Chairmans Club Designation.
